The Johnstown Classic Rockers are an all-star collection of musicians and vocalists from the rich live music scene in the Greater Johnstown area. The band performs an eclectic, entertaining mix of rock & roll and is known for their energetic performances.

The group formed in 1996 with the concept of using seasoned musicians and vocalists with different styles and stage performances. The band blends their wealth of experience to perform a mixture of songs from different rock eras to appeal to a wide variety of musical tastes. The band’s diverse repertoire includes hit songs that span four decades with music ranging from oldies, classic rock, blues, R&B, rockabilly and theatrical rock.

The band performs and has performed at a variety of local and regional venues, festivals and special events. The group is well-known for their performances at the the Cambria County Annual Oldies Rock & Roll event, the Johnstown Discovery Center, Thunder In the Valley, Arcadia Theater, Cambria City Ethnic Festival, and the Pasquerilla Performing Arts Center on the campus of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.

A local favorite, the Johnstown Classic Rockers have been voted Johnstown Magazine’s Best Local Entertainer for the past three years (2014, 2015, 2016).
