Buying advance passes and tickets in person
Hard tickets will be available in advance at the Heritage Discovery Center in Johnstown as of Friday, April 9.
Single-day tickets, 2-day general admission and VIP passes will also be available at the gate (if we do not sell out).
All tickets are non-refundable.
Single-day tickets and upgrading general admission tickets to VIP
Single-day GA tickets for Friday and Saturday will go on sale when the early-bird sales period expires.
Single-day VIP tickets are not available for sale in advance. But you can upgrade general admission tickets, both 2-day general admission passes or single-day tickets, to VIP at the gate (if we do not sell out of VIP).
Heritage Johnstown member benefit
Members of Heritage Johnstown (formerly Johnstown Area Heritage Association, or JAHA), which produces the festival, are entitled to a free upgrade to VIP Pass when they buy a 2-day pass! To take advantage of this benefit, Heritage Johnstown members must purchase passes in person at the Heritage Discovery Center — we’ll have them available as of Friday, April 9. Limit four per family membership and above; two per individual or dual membership. For best pricing, we encourage Heritage Johnstown members to buy during the early-bird sales period.
Not a member? Contact Deb Winterscheidt at Heritage Johnstown, 814-539-1889 x315, and she’ll help you out — or renew or buy your membership online, or in the Heritage Discovery Center gift shop.
Important Ticket Information
- All tickets and packages are non-refundable. Cancelled performance(s) due to inclement weather or any other reason is not cause for a refund.
- Online buyers of 2-day GA or VIP passes will only receive one receipt with QR code per pass. It will read “Friday, July 25,” before the type of pass you bought. Don’t let that throw you — you’ve bought a 2-day pass! We set it up that way to minimize your ticket fees.
- If you buy online, be prepared to show receipt with QR code at the gate (on mobile or printed out) for fastest service — but don’t worry, if you lose your receipt we’ll be able to look you up.
- Children under the age of 12 who are accompanied by a parent/guardian get into the festival free; anyone over 12 must have a ticket.
Peoples Natural Gas Park policies
- Please bring your ID to the festival, as all patrons who intend to purchase alcoholic beverages must have their ID scanned, regardless of age or appearance.
- No pets allowed (service dogs in harness are of course welcome).
- No outside food or drink. Water bottles are allowed and there will be a refilling station.
- No weapons. There will be a bag check as you enter, and you will be wanded.
- Please do not bring chairs — they’ll just be in the way. There is plenty of general admission seating at all stages. (That said, if you have folding chairs you’re especially attached to, we’re not going to stop you from bringing them.)
