Jeffrey L. Webb is a music professor at the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown, and has been influenced by the music of a wide variety of musicians, including Stevie Wonder, Beethoven, The Beatles, Duke Ellington, and Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings, to name of few. At a young age, Webb began writing his own songs and honing his musical skills. His love of music not only led him to a career as a music educator, but also on the path of creating Jeff Webb and the Delectable Sound. Founded in 2014, this versatile band is inspired by Webb’s varied musical influences and plays an eclectic mix of cover and original tunes in a number of genres.
